What’s a third Space anyway?

A safe space to process to find one's identity after family trauma.

No matter what you’re going through, you deserve a Third Space, a safe space.

“Third space” speaks directly to the heart of my life’s task.

Imagine for example someone who’s feeling depressed and is seeking therapy.

The first space is where they are coming from. Namely, their perceived reality of feeling depressed, and lonely. They want to break free from depression, feeling paralyzed by it. The 2nd space is the exact thing that’s causing depression. It may be, for example, their family issues, or someone’s voice that says “you’ll be never good enough…” And the list of what’s causing it goes on and on.

That’s where the Third Space comes in. It’s designed to provide a safe space where they can process their depression. Or trauma. Or any other stress-inducing life experiences that require a safe space.
