Payment options
Insurance
I am currently in network with the following commercial insurance plans: Blue Cross, Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts Health Plan (Commercial), Optum/United Healthcare.
Please note at this time I do not accept any MassHealth plans by Carelon.
Other methods of payment
1) If I am not in your network, you may be able to be reimbursed for your “Out-Of-Network” benefits you’re entitled to - up to 60 percent of the cost of the session. Please call your health insurance to confirm whether this is an option for you.
2)I offer a sliding scale of $75 to $125, depending on your income for those without health insurance or if you wish to pay out-of-pocket.
If you have an insurance co-pay, are paying out of pocket, or plan to be reimbursed by your health insurance for Out-Of-Network benefits, your payment is due at the end of each session.
Note: Behavioral health benefits can vary by a specific type of insurance plan. Commercial health insurance typically have a copayment. To make the process easier, we recommend contacting your insurance company directly to verify the following: 1) coverage for outpatient behavioral health services, 2) co-pay or co-insurance amount, 3) deductible or 4) authorization requirements (if any)
